Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Assistant to support attorneys and paralegals in managing case files, drafting documents, and assisting with trial preparation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field, with prior experience in a U.S. legal environment. Strong organization, communication, and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced firm.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a U.S. legal environment required; personal injury law preferred, employment law a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Document Preparation: draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Case File Management: organize and maintain case files with accessible documents.
• Discovery Support: gather and summarize evidence, organize responses, create discovery binders.
• Calendar Management: track deadlines, appointments, and hearings for the legal team.
• Client Communication: act as a point of contact for clients and provide updates on case progress.
• Trial Preparation: assemble materials for trial, exhibits, and trial binders.
• Research Assistance: perform basic legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
