Wuffes is seeking a Video Editor to join the Growth team as a remote-first, contractor to full-time role. You will turn raw footage, UGC, and briefs into polished, performance-led content for Meta, iterating fast and building a scalable content machine.

You will deliver 30–120 second ads with multiple variations, integrate AI tools, maintain an organized pipeline, and collaborate closely with Creative Strategists to optimize hooks and formats based on performance data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years editing high-performing video ads for DTC brands.
• Deep Meta fluency: hooks, pacing, format specs, direct response.
• Ability to manage high-throughput creative pipeline.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Experience integrating AI tools into editing workflow.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent weekly output of edited video ads against briefs.
• Produce 30–120 second ads with variations for testing.
• Actively integrate AI tools into the editing workflow to accelerate production.
• Maintain a clean, organised content pipeline from raw files to exports.
• Iterate editing styles based on performance data and feedback.
