Job summary

World Business Lenders is seeking a remote HR Onboarding Specialist to coordinate onboarding, maintain the organisational structure, and support employee relations. You will help with training records, payroll tasks, and internal communications while ensuring policy compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HR or onboarding, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. This is a fully remote role based for a U.S.-centric company with EST hours.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, administrative support, or onboarding specialist
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple onboarding processes simultaneously

Responsibilities

This is a remote Contract/Consultant position.

Working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language. Resumes must be submitted in English.
