DEUNA is seeking an Implementation Manager in Bogotá. You will own the merchant onboarding journey, ensuring successful technical integrations and go-lives.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in technical project management and is fluent in both Spanish and English. You will prepare integration packages, coordinate timelines, and provide post-go-live support. DEUNA offers remote work options and a dynamic startup culture.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management or consulting.
• Strong technical understanding of payment integrations.
• Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with UAT planning and test case validation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver a full Statement of Work (SOW) for the merchant.
• Define a Go-Live Timeline and identify milestones.
• Be the merchant’s main technical point of contact during integration.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams.
