Mastercard is seeking a Specialist, Implementation to lead processing implementation projects across planning, execution and post-implementation phases. You will ensure quality and reliability of implementations and liaise with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, PMP certification from PMI (or equivalent) and strong technical knowledge. You will manage multiple projects and interact with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and PMP certification desired.
• Strong technical knowledge across networks, protocols, hardware/software platforms and testing environments.
• Ability to map business requirements to technical implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end processing implementation projects.
• Assess and document customer needs and implementation activities.
• Drive processing implementation projects following the global coordination methodology.
• Identify and guide customers through processing rules and documentation.
• Manage multiple projects in parallel and coordinate with internal teams.
