Qualifications

• Excellent communication and patient interaction with patients and clinics.
• Empathy and patience when handling medical orders and inquiries.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation and record-keeping.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external clinics.
• Proficient in VerseOS, knowledge bases and Slack for information access.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and clinics by phone, email, and messaging.
• Guide patients on supply orders, eligibility, and insurance coverage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipment issues, denials, or delays.
• Escalate complex cases to operations, billing, or management as needed.
• Document interactions clearly to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients on policies, out-of-pocket options, and coordination with clinics.
