Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or similar client-facing role
• Experience onboarding customers and leading remote or in-person demos/training
• Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident leading client conversations

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients via kickoff calls, live walkthroughs, and training sessions
• Be the trusted point of contact for clients post-launch
• Monitor client adoption and flag potential issues early
• Respond quickly to blocked or frustrated clients
• Lead difficult conversations with calm, clarity, and judgment
• Troubleshoot workflow, platform, and process issues
• Translate client issues into actionable information for Product/Engineering
• Track issues through resolution and ensure follow-through
• Gather client feedback and identify recurring problems or opportunities for improvement
• Help improve documentation, processes, and client success playbooks
• Collaborate with Sales on renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities
• Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
