Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Partner Marketing Specialist to support Colombia and Central America initiatives, aligning campaigns with the partner ecosystem and regional go-to-market plans. The role can be based in Colombia or Central America, ensuring coverage across Latin America.

You will coordinate campaigns, manage timelines and materials, track performance, and enable partners with resources. Fluency in Spanish and English, plus collaboration with cross-functional teams, is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field.
• Experience in marketing, partner marketing, field marketing, channel marketing, events, sales support, or go-to-market execution.
• Interest in B2B marketing, technology, cloud, digital transformation, and partner ecosystems.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of partner marketing campaigns, events, enablement sessions, and regional initiatives.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, materials, and post-activity follow-up for partner initiatives.
• Coordinate with Field Marketing, Sales, Alliances, Compliance, regional teams, and partners to stay aligned with priorities.
• Develop and update partner marketing plans, communications, presentations, and execution materials.
• Maintain accurate information on partners, campaigns, activities, and next steps in PM tools.
• Track leads, opportunities, partner engagement, and campaign performance for visibility.
• Support marketing investment documentation, approvals, and governance processes.
• Consolidate data and prepare performance updates and initiative summaries.
• Identify opportunities to improve execution based on results and feedback.
• Participate in partner meetings and in-person activities when needed.

Role Profile

We are looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist to backfill an existing Colombia /Costa Rica Partner Marketing headcount. The position may be based in Colombia or Central America, preserving coverage and execution continuity for priority partner initiatives across Latin America.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing, partner marketing, field marketing, channel marketing, events, sales support, or go-to-market execution.
• Interest in B2B marketing, technology, cloud, digital transformation, and partner ecosystems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow up on multiple activities at the same time.
• Proactive, collaborative, curious profile with ownership mindset and willingness to learn.
• Working knowledge of productivity tools, presentations, spreadsheets, reporting, and project management tools.
• Interest in data analysis, campaign measurement, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking.
