10Pearls LATAM is seeking an experienced part-time Salesforce Developer with strong Apex background to modernize automation and optimize custom code. The role focuses on transitioning point-and-click automation to Apex for scalable, reliable solutions.

The ideal candidate will assess existing Salesforce implementations, resolve issues, and build scalable Apex-based solutions to support growth and ongoing platform transitions.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development.
• Advanced Apex development proficiency.
• Experience migrating declarative automation to Apex.
• Experience debugging, optimizing, and refactoring existing Salesforce code.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits, and development best practices.
• Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Salesforce automation and custom code.
• Migrate point-and-click automation to Apex when appropriate.
• Develop, test, and maintain Apex solutions.
• Review and reoptimize existing implementations.
• Troubleshoot issues across Salesforce workflows, automation, and integrations.
• Support platform growth, migrations, and evolving requirements.
• Apply best practices to improve code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Document designs, changes, and deployment considerations.
