Scale Up is seeking a Part-Time Customer Success Specialist (Accounting SaaS) to bridge prospects and the product, conducting live demos and guiding trials toward a purchase. You’ll support existing customers, answer questions, and help maximize platform value across global time zones, with a flexible schedule and remote-friendly setup.

This consultative role blends sales, customer success, and product insight, requiring accounting know-how and excellent communication.

Formación

• Background in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance.
• Excellent English communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience presenting demos and guiding customers through software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead live product demos for trial prospects and guide them through the platform.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and tailor demonstrations.
• Explain pricing, use cases, and next steps clearly and confidently.
• Support existing customers with setup questions and product guidance.
• Send personalized follow-up emails after demos.
• Escalate technical issues appropriately when needed.
• Represent the company professionally and ensure a positive customer journey.
