Power Digital in Colombia is seeking a Paid Advertising Associate Director who will lead a pod of 3+ team members and coach them toward ambitious goals while delivering high‑quality client work across channels.

You will own strategy, manage performance dashboards, and drive new channel opportunities, balancing client expectations with rigorous QA and a culture of continuous improvement. Fully flex work options are available, with competitive base salary plus commissions and extensive benefits.

Formación

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, 3+ years in agency setting.
• Hands-on with Search Engine Marketing and enterprise level accounts.
• Experience with multiple ad platforms and channel optimization.
• Management experience leading teams and client-facing work.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a pod of paid advertising team members and manage bandwidth.
• Lead delivery of high-quality client work and QA processes.
• Develop and execute strategic channel recommendations for clients.
• Manage a book of business and monitor performance and sentiment.
• Conduct monthly health reviews with team members.
• Lead strategy across assigned channels and manage testing roadmaps.
