The Nuclear Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Organizational Effectiveness/Performance Improvement Analyst to join our Organizational Effectiveness team in Columbia, South Carolina. The role drives measurable improvements by analyzing processes, human performance, and business data, partnering with leadership to identify gaps and implement improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Strong data analysis and KPI tracking experience.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct organizational and performance improvement analyses to identify root causes of performance gaps and recommend corrective strategies.
• Facilitate process improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Human Performance) in partnership with department leaders and staff.
• Leverage data analytics platforms and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to build and maintain performance metrics dashboards.
• Identify and implement technology-enabled solutions, including AI-powered data analysis and process automation tools, to streamline assessments and reporting.
• Analyze data to identify trends, causal factors, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to design, implement, and monitor effectiveness initiatives and metrics.
• Develop and deliver training on performance improvement tools and human performance standards.
• Support change management efforts associated with process, structural, or cultural improvement initiatives.
