Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) in Bogotá is seeking a senior data engineer to lead large-scale data processing initiatives. You will design and implement ETL pipelines, own data integration across platforms, and enforce governance and QA.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong Python and SQL (BigQuery), and expertise with Databricks/Spark. Tableau and Alteryx are a plus. Collaboration with analytics and account teams is essential.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree required in CS/Math or related field.
10+ years in data engineering with large-scale processing.
Strong Python and SQL capabilities; experience with data platforms.

Responsabilidades

Stay informed on emerging data technologies and tools.
Regularly evaluate existing tools and procedures and propose improvements where applicable.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with data integration and processing.
Ensure data processing practices comply with industry standards and regulations.
Own and manage all partner data relationships to ensure seamless data integration.
Develop and maintain the infrastructure required for ETL of data from diverse sources.
Ensure continuous synchronization of data across platforms and partners.
Fully own the harmonization process of cross-channel data.
Develop and enforce best practices for data quality assurance and governance.
Automate repetitive data processing tasks and optimize workflows.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all data processes and pipelines.
Provide training and support for staff on dashboards and data flows.
