Rapyd is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to lead comprehensive KYB and due diligence for merchants across Europe and LATAM, ensuring strict AML/CTF compliance. The role requires clear, risk-based decision making and the ability to present complex risk reports to senior stakeholders.

You will optimize onboarding workflows, reduce friction, and manage case queues using JIRA and G-Suite. Strong English skills and fintech experience are essential for global operations.

Formación

• 3–5 years of deep experience in AML/CTF regulations, KYB processes, and due diligence within fintech, payments, or banking.
• Full professional proficiency in English, essential for supporting global operations and presenting to international committees.
• Proven track record of complex decision-making and successfully managing operational or compliance escalations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate reports and extract actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Execute comprehensive KYB and due diligence reviews for merchants across Europe and LATAM, strictly adhering to global AML/CTF regulations.
• Make critical, risk-based decisions on complex onboarding cases and handle high-level compliance escalations efficiently.
• Prepare and present detailed regulatory compliance, AML, and risk reports to internal committees and senior stakeholders.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize onboarding workflows, reduce friction, and enhance global operational efficiency.
• Manage case queues and documentation using internal tools, JIRA, and G-Suite.
