Job summary

RWS Entertainment Group is seeking a Digital Content Manager for a Marella cruise ship role. You will input, upload, and manage digital content displayed in the Navigate app and on plasma screens and Way-finders onboard.

Daily updates of cruise news, menus, and advertising will be required, with collaboration across departments to generate revenue through digital media. You’ll work with the Entertainment Team and assist with cinema scheduling, daily pool deck content, and embarkation duties.

Qualifications

• ASAP availability for November contracts on a Marella cruise ship.
• STCW, C1D and ENG1 medical documentation required or in progress (bonus if already held).
• Experience with onboard digital content, signage, or app integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and update the Navigate app content and ship-wide digital signage.
• Update daily activity timetables and Cruise News materials.
• Coordinate with Entertainment team to schedule cinema and pool deck content.
• Create and publish daily schedules for pool deck screens and events.
• Assist with embarkation duties and guest-facing tasks as needed.
