Foundever is seeking Multichannel Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a 100% on-site basis at a location near Calle del Sabor – Banco de Bogotá Building. The position features a 36-hour workweek with a shift from 12:00 p.m.

to 6:00 p.m. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn; prior contact center/BPO experience is preferred.
