Wesco is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to engage existing customers, increase sales, and upsell products. You will process orders, verify details, and work with outside sales to meet goals.

The role emphasizes proactive selling, quick updates to delivery statuses, and collaboration across teams. A high school diploma is required, with 2–4 years of sales experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Formación

• High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years in sales or sales administration, productive professional contributor.

Responsabilidades

• Obtains orders via email and phone, verifies items, and transfers to fulfillment.
• Increases orders by suggesting related items and checking buying history.
• Develops opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
• Prepares quotations to secure orders or determine reason for loss of order.
• Reviews open orders and expedites items at risk of late delivery.
