SOLVO S.A.S. is seeking a Benefits Technology Associate in Colombia to support benefits administration for clients across the U.S. The role is 100% on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule and a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

You will manage enrollments, configure platforms like Employee Navigator, and collaborate with carriers, brokers, and payroll teams. Advanced English and solid Excel skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Employee Benefits, Insurance, or Benefits Administration.
• Advanced English ability.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and benefits systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage employee enrollments, eligibility updates, and benefits changes.
• Configure and maintain benefits administration platforms, including Employee Navigator.
• Support open enrollment projects and implementations.
• Analyze, validate, and reconcile employee benefits data.
• Investigate and resolve enrollment, eligibility, and system issues.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers, brokers, payroll providers, and HR teams.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Help improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.
