Perform quality checks for completeness, consistency and country‑specific requirements before submission; return gaps to the project owner and maintain clear evidence of corrections and approvals. Provide responsive operational guidance to Medical Affairs colleagues while reinforcing that scientific, business and compliance accountability remains with the designated project or engagement owner. Partner with Medical Quality and Governance, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Procurement, MEET, Shared Services and other functions to resolve issues and implement compliant solutions. Monitor timelines, workload, service levels and recurring failure points;escalate risks early and propose practical process improvements, standard work and automation opportunities. Protect confidential, personal and commercially sensitive information and comply with records‑management, privacy, pharmacovigilance and product‑quality reporting obligations applicable to the role.
This role requires disciplined operational ownership, strong control awareness, and the judgment to distinguish administrative processing from the accountability of the project or engagement owner.
