Job summary

Pfizer Inc. is seeking a Medical Affairs Project Analyst to coordinate end-to-end operational delivery across the NOLA cluster, including budgeting, contracting, and documentation in systems like MAPP Navigator/Engagement+.

You will ensure compliant practices, support audits, and collaborate with Quality, Compliance and Legal to drive process improvements in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least 4 years of project coordination, operations, or finance administration.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 capabilities for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end operational delivery of Medical Affairs projects across NOLA cluster.
• Maintain complete and compliant project records in approved systems.
• Support budgets, POs, invoices, accruals and financial reconciliations.
