• Incident Resolution Support for commercial applications.

• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide user support for applications.
• Test and validate new functionalities and updates.
• Support delivery stream initiatives including automation and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Incident Resolution Support: Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues related to commercial applications, ensuring optimal and continuous performance.
• Application Maintenance and Enhancements: Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as the implementation of application updates and improvements.
• Technical Documentation: Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and support procedures.
• User Support: Provide technical assistance to users of commercial applications, addressing inquiries and delivering effective solutions to their issues.
• Testing and Validation: Collaborate in testing new functionalities and application updates, ensuring they meet established requirements and quality standards.
• Business Solutions Delivery: Join the Delivery stream, supporting initiatives, enhancements, and projects for business teams, including automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Project Ownership: Contribute to the development, documentation, and project management of digital solutions, helping drive projects from concept to implementation.

Skills & Capabilities
