Responsabilidades

• Incident Resolution Support for commercial applications.
• Application maintenance and enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide user support for applications.
• Test and validate new functionalities and updates.
• Support delivery stream initiatives including automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Contribute to project ownership from concept to implementation.
