Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in channel management or related roles.
• English at least C1 level.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and understand the music streaming landscape and YouTube ecosystem.
• Strong data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Solid project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis of the music streaming landscape and YouTube ecosystem.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive YouTube growth strategy.
• Create and execute data-driven campaigns to boost user acquisition, engagement, and conversions.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Consolidate performance reports to guide continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate channel growth and monetization potential for the MCN.
• Leverage YouTube features such as Shorts, Community tab, playlists, Content ID, and Lives.
• Formulate video-focused sales plans with the A&R team.
• Provide end-to-end strategic support to the video team.
• Stay updated on trends in music streaming and YouTube ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Operations, and A&R teams.
