Simple Life, the leading AI-powered health coaching app, is seeking a Content Strategist (Program Lead) to shape movement programs within Simple Move. You will translate user needs and product goals into engaging guided experiences that foster motivation and lasting habits.

You will partner with the LTV team, set KPIs, and own the end-to-end creation of program content, ensuring safety and effectiveness with expert review. Remote and hybrid work options available.

Formación

• Experience building or improving structured programs, curricula, or content journeys in a digital consumer product: fitness, wellness, habit formation, or education.
• Ability to tie content work to product metrics and renewal goals.
• Ability to set KPIs and translate engagement data into actionable content decisions.
• Attention to detail in how a program comes together: exercise selection, order, duration, and progression.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the LTV product manager to optimize renewal cycles and retention bets.
• Own program quality and structure to improve CR, retention, and renewal.
• Ensure timely delivery of programs and experiments aligned with traffic needs.
• Design exercises, sequences, durations, and progressions; generate assets with AI when needed.
• Build and improve programs from successful existing ones and external benchmarks.
• Coordinate with medical/fitness experts for safety verification.
