BairesDev is seeking a Software Engineer focused on MongoDB to join a globally distributed, 100% remote team. You will design schemas, optimize aggregation pipelines, and scale clusters using sharding while applying best practices for Atlas cloud environments.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑performing data solutions, write clean code, and help drive architectural decisions in a flexible, mentorship‑driven environment that values growth and diverse perspectives.

Formación

• 4+ years in Software Eng, DB Admin, or Data Eng.
• Expertise building apps on MongoDB and complex schemas.
• Hands-on with MongoDB aggregation pipelines and sharding.
• Deep knowledge of MongoDB Atlas for cloud DB management.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement efficient MongoDB schema models for high-performance apps.
• Develop and optimize complex aggregation pipelines for data analysis and transformation.
• Manage and scale MongoDB clusters using sharding for high availability.
• Administer and optimize MongoDB Atlas cloud environments.
• Collaborate with dev teams to integrate MongoDB best practices into SDLC.
• Monitor DB performance and tune for throughput and low latency.
