AgileEngine, a leading software creator for Fortune 500 brands and startups, seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale product capabilities using TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.

You will autonomously deliver impact, collaborate with QA, Product, and leadership, and drive best practices to optimize development processes and release cycles.

Formación

• 3+ years building customer-facing applications with PM, UX, and Data.
• 3+ years with React, Angular, or Vue.
• 3+ years with Python, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 3+ years architecting full-stack applications.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver business impact autonomously across teams, products or systems.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure responsive designs across devices and browsers.
• Work with product teams to ensure quality through SDLC and releases.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads to estimate and commit.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize development.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale product capabilities using TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Autonomously deliver ongoing business impact across a team, product capability, or technical system.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and responsive across various devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure quality throughout the SDLC and product release cycles.
• Work with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads to estimate and commit.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize the development process and increase efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.

MUST HAVES

• 3+ years of experience building customer-facing applications professionally in collaboration with Product Management, UX, and Data.
• 3+ years of experience with React, Angular, or Vue.
• 3+ years of experience with Python, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 3+ years of experience architecting full stack applications.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience working in fast-moving environments with on-call rotations and documented SLAs, SLOs, RPOs, and RTOs.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS and Kubernetes, with experience in Service Mesh technologies such as Istio, Linkerd, Cilium, etc.
• Google Suite.
• Experience with Next.js, CSS, and Figma.
• Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Fellow.
• PagerDuty, Datadog, SendGrid, and Code Climate.
