AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale product capabilities using TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks. This role collaborates with Product Management, UX, and Data teams to deliver customer-facing applications.

The candidate will work across SDLC cycles, estimate with leadership, and implement best practices to increase development efficiency. English proficiency and a track record of delivering in fast-moving environments are valued.

Formación

• 3+ years building customer-facing applications with Product Management, UX and Data.
• 3+ years with React, Angular, or Vue.
• 3+ years of experience Python, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 3+ years of architecting full stack applications.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Autonomously deliver ongoing business impact across a team, product capability, or technical system.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and responsive across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure quality throughout the SDLC and product release cycles.
• Work with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads to estimate and commit.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize the development process and increase efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale product capabilities using TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

MUST HAVES

• 3+ years of experience building customer-facing applications professionally in collaboration with Product Management, UX, and Data.
• 3+ years of experience with React, Angular, or Vue.
• 3+ years of experience with Python, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 3+ years of experience architecting full stack applications.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience working in fast-moving environments with on-call rotations and documented SLAs, SLOs, RPOs, and RTOs.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS and Kubernetes, with experience in Service Mesh technologies such as Istio, Linkerd, Cilium, etc.
• Google Suite.
• Experience with Next.js, CSS, and Figma.
• Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Fellow.
• PagerDuty, Datadog, SendGrid, and Code Climate.
