AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale product capabilities using TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks. The role focuses on delivering business impact, collaborating with product teams, and improving development processes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years building customer-facing apps, experience with React/Angular/Vue, and a track record architecting full‑stack systems. Hybrid work in Bogota area is available.

Formación

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale product capabilities using TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Autonomously deliver ongoing business impact across a team, product capability, or technical system.
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure quality throughout the SDLC and product release cycles.
• Work with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads to estimate and commit.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize the development process and increase efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.

MUST HAVES

• 3+ years of experience building customer-facing applications professionally in collaboration with Product Management, UX, and Data.
• 3+ years of experience with React, Angular, or Vue.
• 3+ years of experience architecting full stack applications.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience working in fast-moving environments with on-call rotations and documented SLAs, SLOs, RPOs, and RTOs.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS and Kubernetes, with experience in Service Mesh technologies such as Istio, Linkerd, Cilium, etc.
• Google Suite.
• Experience with Next.js, CSS, and Figma.
• Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Fellow.
• PagerDuty, Datadog, SendGrid, and Code Climate.
