You will ensure high standards across the studio, collaborate with clients and consultants, and champion sustainable design practices, climate goals, and inclusive project delivery.

You will drive strategic planning, design excellence, and resource alignment to deliver innovative, resilient, and community-focused solutions across projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture.
• 10+ years of project experience in architectural practice.
• Demonstrate knowledge of construction and regulations and building and zoning codes.
• Significant experience leading teams to deliver projects through all stages, including Construction Administration.
• Experience with Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and MS Office.
• Proven knowledge of construction codes and regulations.
• Experience in leading and mentoring multiple project teams in technical delivery concurrently.
• Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to lead and mentor.
• Must build and maintain client relationships through excellent delivery and technical guidance.

Aufgaben

• Lead the creative efforts on client architecture projects from programming to design development and production.
• Act as the primary design interface with clients and consultants at meetings and presentations.
• Participate in client development, marketing, and project interview efforts.
• Champion diversity and inclusion goals.
• Mentor the next generation of talent and build the firm’s talent pipeline through recruiting and outreach.
• Direct all design aspects of projects and ensure high design quality across the studio.
• Advocate for sustainable design and climate goals across projects.
