Avenga is seeking a Middle Android Engineer in Argentina to design, implement, and scale native Android apps using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. You will work on multi-module architectures following Clean Architecture and collaborate on RESTful services via Retrofit and OkHttp.

You will write unit tests, perform static analysis, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure code quality and fast delivery. AI tooling like Copilot Cursor will be used to accelerate development.

Formación

• Proficient in Kotlin and modern Android development.
• Strong experience with Jetpack Compose and multi-module apps.
• Solid MVVM/MVI architecture understanding.
• Experience using Dagger Hilt for dependency injection.
• Hands-on with REST APIs via Retrofit/OkHttp.
• Experience with unit testing (JUnit/MockK).
• Familiar with static analysis tools (ktlint/Detekt/SonarQube/JaCoCo).
• Ability to work with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Gradle configurations in multi-module projects.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to improve coding efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain native Android components using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Build scalable, decoupled multi-module apps following Clean Architecture.
• Integrate RESTful services and manage API payloads with Retrofit and OkHttp.
• Write comprehensive unit tests and ensure high code quality via static analysis and reviews.
• Configure and maintain Gradle builds and CI/CD automation for deployment.
• Leverage AI tools (Copilot, Cursor) to streamline development and testing.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize memory usage.
