Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 5+ years of professional experience developing Android applications.
• Strong experience with Kotlin and Java for maintaining legacy components.
• Experience implementing Dependency Injection using Hilt, Dagger, or similar frameworks.
• Experience consuming REST APIs and working with modern Android libraries.
• Experience using Firebase services such as Remote Config or Feature Flags.
• Experience working with Git-based version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira or similar project management tools.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Android applications using Kotlin.
• Develop new features while supporting and improving existing application functionality.
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, QA, Platform, and Engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Build clean, maintainable, and reusable code following Android best practices and modern architectural patterns.
• Integrate REST APIs and backend services into mobile applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and stability.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and support automated build and release workflows.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the mobile platform.
