Manager, Source-to-Contract, Americas
The Manager, Source-to-Contract, will ensure that the Regional Service Delivery Source-to-Contract organisation delivers results in support of the Global Services, One Procurement and Johnson & Johnson business strategy and objectives. The role works directly with the business, category teams, and the broader function. Additionally, you contribute to and/or own the operational execution of prioritized category strategy implementations, sourcing and contracting cases, and other critical functional activities.
The Manager, Source-to-Contract, works to identify and address needs of internal stakeholders, contributes improvements to procurement strategies and remains abreast of current market trends.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent University degree is required.
An MBA or further advanced degree is preferred.
Requires up to 5% domestic and international travel.
This position will be part of the Americas Service Delivery Procurement organization and will primarily support the Americas region. To ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders across Americas, the role requires partial coverage of Americas time zone working hours.
