• Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign structures, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.

• Proficiency in Excel and digital marketing analytics for reporting and performance tracking.

The Media Advertising Operations Senior Associate is responsible for leading the execution, optimization, and performance analysis of paid social campaigns with a strong focus on TikTok and Meta platforms. This role ensures campaigns are launched and managed according to global best practices, leveraging audience insights, platform capabilities, and data-driven optimization strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and business results. By partnering closely with internal teams and clients, the specialist provides strategic recommendations, translates campaign performance into actionable insights and drives continuous improvement across paid social initiatives, ultimately contributing to stronger brand growth, media effectiveness, and measurable marketing impact.

Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign structures, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.
• Experience analyzing campaign results and translating data into actionable insights and client recommendations.
• Proficiency in Excel and digital marketing analytics for reporting and performance tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while collaborating effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
