IKA BRASIL is seeking a highly motivated Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineer to join the engineering team and drive development, optimization, and implementation of advanced industrial equipment for customers worldwide.

The selected candidate will manage projects through concept, detailed design, manufacturing support, commissioning, and continuous improvement, collaborating across Sales, Product Management, Procurement, Production, and external suppliers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 3D CAD systems knowledge (Inventor, AutoCAD, or similar).
• Experience with electrical design software and documentation standards is a plus.
• Understanding of industrial automation systems, PLCs, VFDs, sensors, instrumentation, and process controls.
• Ability to analyze technical challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills in multidisciplinary environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Design and improve industrial machines, process equipment, and production systems.
• Manage projects from concept through design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning.
• Develop electrical, instrumentation, and automation solutions per project needs.
• Create and maintain drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing packs.
• Support integration of control panels, power distribution, and field instrumentation.
• Develop and implement PLC, HMI/SCADA, and process control strategies.
• Identify opportunities for modernization and performance improvements.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing, commissioning, and service teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Procurement, and suppliers.
• Act as the technical contact for customers and suppliers.
