Keyrus is seeking a curious and analytical Intern for its MarTech, CX & AI Consulting practice in Medellín. You will support the design of marketing technology ecosystems and AI-enabled solutions while learning how strategy, data, and technology connect to business value.

The role is hybrid, 6-month internship, ideal for someone pursuing a related degree and eager to apply structured thinking to real client challenges.

Competenze

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field and interested in consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable with presentations, spreadsheets, research, and structured documentation.
• Interest in experimentation, rapid prototyping, and continuous learning.

Mansioni

• Support analysis and optimization of MarTech ecosystems including CRM and marketing automation.
• Map customer journeys and digital experiences to identify gaps.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to deliver practical recommendations.
• Assist in workshops, benchmarking, and assessments to uncover opportunities.
