The role supports the Markets and Trading desk in risk control and monitoring, learning about FX, bonds and derivatives, and assisting senior traders with pricing, risk, and P&L reporting.

Qualifications

• Advanced bachelor students or recent graduates in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Mathematics with a financial background.
• Advanced English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and VBA coding.
• Full-time availability to work in Bogotá, Colombia.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analysis for the Front Office, including market data and statistics.
• Prepare inputs and materials to support the Trading Desk's day-to-day activities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate trade capture and regulatory adherence.
• Reconcile and report daily Front Office risk and P&L metrics.
• Collaborate with the Front Office team on other assigned tasks.
