• Manage full lifecycle marketing targets (MAU/DAU, retention, monetization) and loyalty programs.

We are hiring! Marketing Manager

Are you passionate about tech, digital growth, and shaping regional markets? We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team Operations Center based in Bogotá, Colombia.

In this role, you will be the core driver of our market growth, leading brand, digital, and product marketing strategies across Latin America to elevate our cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Marketing: Develop annual strategies and execute large-scale online/offline campaigns to boost brand awareness and reputation.
• Digital Marketing: Drive SEO/SEM, social media operations (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X), and performance marketing (Google, Meta, TikTok Ads) while optimizing CAC and ROI.
• Product Marketing: Lead end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for cloud service products and create localized enablement materials.
• User Growth & Operations: Set and execute full lifecycle marketing targets (MAU/DAU, retention, monetization) and design loyalty/membership programs.
• Channel & Partner Marketing: Support sales channels and build cross-industry collaborations (telcos, device manufacturers).

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or related fields.
• Minimum 6 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the tech/internet industry and team management experience.
• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English (written and spoken, CEFR B2 or above).
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4) and data-driven decision making.
• Deep understanding of the LATAM consumer culture, user behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Preferred: Product marketing experience in cloud computing/SaaS, successful 0-to-1 growth stories, and basic content creation skills.
