Stori is seeking a Marketing Strategy & Operations Analyst to serve as the data backbone of the Marketing function. The role emphasizes SQL-driven analysis, cloud warehouse work, and cross-functional collaboration across CRM, Product Marketing, and Brand.

You will translate business questions into data queries, automate workflows with AI, and maintain rigorous data governance. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years as a Business Analyst in a tech/fintech context, strong SQL and BI skills, Spanish

Formación

• Advanced SQL with window functions, CTEs, multi-table joins, date arithmetic, and aggregations.
• 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience in tech/fintech or data-driven companies.
• Ability to translate business questions into data queries and determine what to ask.
• Active user of AI tools to assist analysis and automate workflows.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, SUMIFS, dynamic ranges) and dashboarding.
• Excellent written communication for non-technical audiences.
• Operational rigor: documentation, process discipline, and reliability.
• Fluency in Spanish and professional-level English.
• Budget management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own Marketing KPIs end-to-end across CRM, Product Marketing, and Brand.
• Build and maintain Redshift queries for recurring reporting and attribution.
• Bridge Braze/Redshift data to QuickSight dashboards and reports.
• Design and run rigorous A/B testing analyses and document learnings.
• Support campaign ROI modeling and budget estimations across channels.
• Expand data coverage to support Product Marketing and Brand metrics.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to define new attributes and models.
• Apply AI-assisted analytics to accelerate query drafting and insights.
