Job summary

Ilkari, a privately-held start-up with global reach, seeks a Marketing Assistant in Colombia to support local initiatives across content, events, PR and partnerships. You will work with teams in Colombia, Spain and other markets, gaining hands-on experience while helping projects run smoothly.

You will learn quickly, take ownership of responsibilities from day one, and grow into more complex projects. We value curiosity, adaptability and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales presentations, brochures, keynote decks and other marketing materials for customer meetings and opportunities.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for customer visits to the data centre, delivering a premium experience.
• Translate technical data centre information into clear, engaging marketing messages under guidance of the Marketing Generalist.
• Support creation of written content and visual assets for social media, presentations, brochures, banners and emails.
• Assist with developing content for social media platforms and campaigns.
• Coordinate logistics for customer or press events, trade shows, webinars and sponsorships.
• Support on-site execution of events with venue setup and branding.
• Coordinate press releases, media kits and monitoring of media coverage.
• Assist with logistics for joined campaigns with partners and industry associations.
• Localise content and campaigns for the Colombian market while maintaining global brand consistency.
• Coordinate procurement with quotes, POs, vendor onboarding and invoice follow-ups.
