Job summary

Zoe Financial is seeking a Marketing Analyst in Bogotá to help brand Zoe as the premier platform for finding, hiring, and investing with financial advisors, while supporting Wealth Platform growth. You will work in a US startup environment, based in Bogotá, with native English skills and a data-driven mindset.

You’ll manage paid campaigns, run experiments, pull data, and produce clear performance reports to optimize CAC and ROAS, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing analytics.
• Direct experience managing six-figure budgets in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience analyzing marketing data to guide decisions.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and OpenAI Ads for US audiences.
• Monitor daily spend, cost per lead, and conversion rate; flag issues quickly.
• Build and run landing page experiments (A/B tests) to improve conversions.
• Pull data from ad platforms, CRM, and analytics to build performance reports.
• Turn raw data into insights and actionable recommendations.
• Plan budgets, tests, and campaign strategy with the team.
• Support creative and messaging testing across channels for US audiences.
• Track and report on CAC, ROAS, funnel conversions.
• Maintain clean tracking of campaigns, spend, and results across channels.

About The Role

We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who gets excited about joining a high-growth, fast-paced financial technology company. The Marketing Analyst will play a key role in branding Zoe Financial as the best place to find, hire, and invest with financial advisors, while also supporting the growth of our Wealth Platform through cohesive marketing strategies.

The Marketing Analyst will support the marketing department’s efforts and perform various functions in a U.S. startup environment while based in Bogotá. Successful candidates will possess native English skills, excellent communication abilities, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a professional demeanor. They should bring a creative mind, strong collaboration skills, and, most importantly, analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to solving marketing challenges.

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and OpenAI Ads for both B2C and B2B audiences in the US.
• Monitor daily performance (spend, cost per lead, conversion rate) and flag issues or opportunities quickly.

• Pull data from ad platforms, CRM, and analytics tools to build clear performance reports.
• Turn raw data into insights and recommendations the team can act on.
• Work together with the team to plan budgets, tests, and campaign strategy.
• Support creative and messaging testing across channels to find what resonates with US audiences.
• Track and report on key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and funnel conversion rates.
• Maintain clean, organized tracking of campaigns, spend, and results across all channels.
