Keller Executive Search is seeking a Director of Information Technology to steer the technology strategy and manage daily IT operations across enterprise infrastructure and manufacturing IT. The role requires deep ERP, networking, cloud, and cyber expertise to support plant-floor technologies and corporate systems.

You will lead security controls, disaster recovery, budgets, and vendor relationships while building a high-performing IT team in a manufacturing-focused setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• 10+ years IT experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, machining, or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with operational technology and plant-floor system integration.
• Demonstrated experience managing IT budgets, vendors, projects, and organizational change.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with operational and business priorities.
• Oversee infrastructure, networks, cloud services, applications, help desk, and data security.
• Lead ERP optimization and integration across manufacturing, finance, inventory, and supply chain.
• Strengthen cybersecurity controls, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity plans.
• Support secure connectivity between enterprise systems and plant-floor technologies.
• Manage technology vendors, licensing, contracts, budgets, and service performance.
• Establish IT policies, governance standards, documentation, and performance measures.
• Build and develop an effective internal IT team.
