Job summary

Kellanova in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a Manufacturing Finance Specialist to consolidate, analyze and review plant financial results, and to lead budgeting, forecasting and operating plan processes for the manufacturing scope.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will work with plant leadership to provide insights, validate cost drivers, support operational decisions, monitor working capital, and ensure strong financial controls in this on-site role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
3+ years in Manufacturing Finance, Plant Finance, Cost Accounting, Operations Finance, or Supply Chain Finance.
Strong understanding of standard costing and manufacturing cost analysis.
Business-level English with the ability to present insights to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Consolidate, analyze and review plant financial results and cost drivers.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan for the plant.
Partner with plant leadership by conducting scenario analysis and guiding decisions.
Validate standard cost releases and costing methodologies.
Prepare plant P&L and executive presentations for period-end, budget, and outlook reviews.
Monitor inventory, idle assets, and balance sheet accounts for financial control.
