Job summary

Newell Brands in Colombia is seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to partner with the Colombia Commercial and Marketing teams. You own the P&L from Invoice Sales to Net Sales for Colombia and manage A&P investments for the Andean cluster, driving profitability through budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, and ROI analyses.

You'll support month-, quarter-, and year-end closes, build models, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional leadership to inform

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or similar.
• Strong commercial acumen: trade terms, promotions, pricing, profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own ITN lines of the Colombia P&L across actuals, forecast and budget.
• Lead annual budget (AOP) and monthly forecast for ITN lines.
• Deliver timely monthly close for ITN including accruals.
• Partner with Marketing to build A&P plan by brand and activation.
• Analyze Net Sales variances and profitability by customer/channel.
• Support pricing strategy and promotional decisions with financial scenarios.
