Jobtailor is seeking a senior vendor management leader to oversee end-to-end vendor governance, performance monitoring, and contract lifecycle management. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and cross-functional teams to align vendors with business objectives and drive cost optimization.

The role requires strong analytical skills, English proficiency, and experience managing multi-region vendor relationships. Occasional travel may be required as part of global vendor programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, HR, or related field.
• Approximately 6–8 years of vendor management or related experience at manager level.
• Strong knowledge of governance, SLAs, financial monitoring, and contract lifecycles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end vendor management activities: selection, onboarding, performance monitoring, offboarding.
• Establish and manage vendor governance frameworks, including KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance vendor performance, service quality, operational efficiency, and employee experience.
• Monitor vendor financials: spend, cost trends, billing accuracy, savings opportunities, and budget alignment.
• Manage strategic relationships between J&J and vendors, ensuring partnership and protection of interests.
• Partner with HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and cross-functional teams to align vendor strategies with business objectives.
• Analyze vendor performance and financial data to identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimization strategies.
• Oversee contract lifecycle: negotiations, renewals, and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Ensure contract clauses are fair, understood, and implemented in vendor operations.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance across vendor engagements.
• Manage escalations and resolve vendor-related issues.
• Develop and standardize vendor management processes, tools, and best practices across HR operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or a related field required
• Approximately 6–8 years of relevant experience in vendor management, procurement, HR operations, finance operations, or related fields aligned to manager-level roles
• Proven track record managing third-party vendors and driving service delivery performance
• Strong knowledge of vendor governance, SLA management, financial monitoring, and contract lifecycle processes
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships, protect company interests, and ensure contract terms are fair and effectively implemented
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance and financial data and drive actionable insights
• Ability to ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, contractual, and data security standards
• Proficiency in English required
• Occasional domestic and international travel may be required
• Experience within HR shared services or HR outsourcing environments preferred
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) preferred
• Exposure to global vendor management and multi-region operations preferred
• Knowledge of digital HR platforms and transformation initiatives preferred
• Experience in vendor risk management and compliance programs preferred
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills preferred
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation or outsourcing initiatives preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities preferred
• Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and issue resolution skills preferred
• Certifications in vendor management, procurement, or project management (e.g., PMP, CIPS) preferred
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred
