The Manager, Payroll will drive end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, governance, compliance, and an outstanding employee experience. This regional leadership role partners with HR, Finance, Tax and Legal to transform payroll delivery.

You will develop and lead high-performing payroll teams and drive process improvements through system optimization in a global organization.

Brink's is seeking an accomplished Manager, Payroll to provide strategic and operational leadership for payroll services across the Andean & Caribbean Market Unit. This role is responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, governance, operational excellence, and an outstanding employee experience across multiple countries.

As part of our new HR operating model, this leader will play a critical role in driving payroll transformation, strengthening controls, and elevating service delivery throughout the Andean & Caribbean Market Unit.
