You will develop strategies, manage budgets, and lead a team while coordinating with vendors and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and sustainability standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facility or property management.
• CFM or IFMA credentials preferred.
• Proficiency in facility management software and project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and real estate management.
• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and sustainability practices.
• Budget management and cost optimization experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in facility or property management, with a proven track record of success
• Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or other IFMA credentials preferred
• Proficiency in facility management software and project management tools
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and real estate management
• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and sustainability best practices
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and cost optimization
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge of energy efficiency practices and sustainability initiatives
