Sutherland Global in Bogota, Colombia seeks a highly organized Manager for Facility, Facilities & Property Management to oversee all facility operations, ensuring a safe, functional environment for employees and visitors.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, implement health and safety programs, and drive sustainability initiatives while coordinating with vendors to keep building systems well maintained and compliant with local regulations.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in facility or property management with a proven track record.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or IFMA credentials preferred.
  • Proficiency in facility management software and project management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and real estate management.
  • Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and sustainability best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management and cost optimization.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency practices and sustainability initiatives.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop and implement comprehensive facility management strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee daily operations of facilities, including maintenance, security, and cleaning services
  • Manage and optimize facility-related budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance tasks
  • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in compliance with local regulations
  • Lead and mentor a team of facility management professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and risk assessments to identify and address potential issues proactively
  • Develop and execute sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and improve energy efficiency
  • Manage lease agreements and relationships with property owners or tenants
  • Ensure all building systems are properly maintained and updated as needed

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Manager for Facility, Facilities & Property Management to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our facility operations, ensuring a safe, functional, and cost-effective environment for our employees and visitors.
