RWS Group seeks a Localization Lead to coordinate DTP/MM projects, working with project managers, clients and linguistic resources to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
You will manage vendors, assign work, monitor progress, and drive process improvements while expanding your knowledge of localization tools and workflows. October 2026 start date.
As a Localization Lead, you will coordinate localization projects with a primary focus on DTP/MM (Desktop Publishing and Multimedia) files. You will collaborate with project managers, clients, and linguistic resources to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. Your responsibilities will include coordinating vendors, assigning work, monitoring project progress, resolving issues, and ensuring projects stay on track.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to apply and expand your technical knowledge by working with localization technologies, file preparation, and workflow processes while continuing to develop your project management skills.
This is a deeply involved, hands‑on position that requires you to be directly engaged in managing our pool of linguistic resources and monitoring daily project progress to ensure every milestone is met.
