Job summary

Evolution Development Colombia is seeking an Operations Specialist to ensure live tables run smoothly and to troubleshoot real-time issues across the gaming floor. You will coordinate with IT and support teams, addressing incidents and maintaining service levels.

Responsibilities include managing internal systems (JIRA, TTS, SST, WIKI), creating reports, and communicating effectively with players and licensees. Fluency in English (B2) and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires strong written and verbal English communication and the ability to operate software tools
• Ability to make independent managerial decisions and escalate when needed
• Proven ability to coordinate across departments and maintain team cooperation

Responsibilities

• Ensure all tables are operational and troubleshoot technical failures
• Handle real-time issues like GP mistakes and software/hardware problems
• Escalate incidents to the appropriate department
• Resolve player disputes with Live Support and Casino Support
• Prepare reports related to service support duties
• Maintain a safe and clean gaming floor with no unauthorized personnel
• Manage internal systems (JIRA, TTS, SST, WIKI)
• Report GP mistakes and communicate with players and licensees about issues
