Job summary

IQVIA seeks an experienced Lifecycle Safety Program Manager to lead management and service delivery for large regional and global projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define scope, and ensure execution aligned with customer expectations across accounts.

You will act as SME for governance, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive improvements in health outcomes while maintaining global consistency in communications and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field.
• 4-6 years of clinical research experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical company.
• 4 years in Lifecycle Safety (Pharmacovigilance, CEVA, Medical Information, Safety Publishing, Risk Management).
• 2 years of project management experience.
• GCP/ICH knowledge and familiarity with global/regional regulations.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead start-up and delivery of large regional/global projects per SOPs.
• Manage customer interface and provide day-to-day leadership at project level.
• Oversee project planning, scope, quality, and financial management.
• Act as Solution Architect for safety opportunities and defend proposed solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver key customer messages and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure global consistency in customer-facing materials and meetings.
• Drive sales support, bids, transitions, and contract renewals.
• Monitor revenue, costs and contribution margin with financial analyses.
